How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Alrighty! So Youmacon photo shoot slots are now booked up. I decided to cut out a slots on Sunday because I realized I'm going to be a bit heavy with projects at that point of the year so I had to lighten my load with the shoot editing.

So to everyone who had booked with me, thank you very much and I look forward to working with you all! Keep any eye out for a e-mail from me in the next week or so regarding meet up location and contact information.

I'm always amazed that you manage to fill up slots even at cons you never did shoots at! I guess posting on Cosplay.com does help a bit?

It's been almost a year that you've been doing private cosplay photoshoots, but it seems you've been doing them forever. I guess having had the right friends to practice with as well as some good equipment and an art background did help you attain this status quite quickly.

Have fun at Youma! I could still come to the con if I had transport and lodging. I know that hotel rooms are average-priced at the con rate, but I have no one to drive me to Detroit nor to share a room with. If by this Friday I get no offers, I'm cancelling my Youmacon trip.

I already did get some last-minute ride/hotel offers for anime cons in the past, and the craziest for me was 48 hours' notice.

I had 2 days to read, accept and confirm the offers, plan everything for my trips, pack up and get ready to go. I usually plan several months in advance, usually more than 6 months. This way, no need to rush anything!

lol really? This was my hardest con to fill. And technically I didn't fill all my slots because I realized my school work load is gonna be heavy around that time, so I won't be able to edit a ton of photo shoots, so I got rid of a Sunday slot.
But I always sort of assumed that the good photographers booked really fast so if I could fill all of mine before a con, I consider that a success.
I seriously just think it's cuz I was doing this for about 2-3 years before I started posting I was doing photo shoots to other cosplayers. It honestly feels like I've been doing it for forever, but I have yet to grow tired of it.

I don't have a photography background, nor do I have the REALLY nice equipment that i would like to use. I'm just glad there are people who like my work for what it is and would appreciate working with me, as I would many cosplayers. (and what status? I have a status?)

I do hope you can come! I'm looking forward to seeing friendly faces at this con.
