So, in terms of photo shoots, the scheduling idea didn't work out as well as I had hoped. Because the tables in Artist Alley were so small, I wasn't able to really advertise my photo shoots. And also, the con was much smaller than anticipated, so not too many cosplayers that wanted shoots.

But I still got to shoot with ~IggyBoo-EmoNemo in her Yuuko cosplay. And later on this week, I'll be shooting with *kaiser-mony and ~Aerialdown.

Otherwise, the con was a lot of fun! I got to see a lot of friends, meet new people, and the con was relatively chill... except for some weird guy giving a body shot in the hotel restaurant bar. It was SOOOO weird!!!
On Saturday, I hadn't gotten much (in other words, ANY) sleep the night before, so I was quite tired for the con. We all were because we're all night owls like that. We set up *kaiser-mony's artist table and enjoyed the MUCH needed space behind her table. Normally it's very cramped, so it was a welcomed rest area, especially for tired pplz. And the hotel even served Pizza Hut pizza relatively cheap, so we got to have fresh pizza for lunch. :'D
*SutekiGo came in their Inuyasha cosplays and looked awesome as always!! Unfortunately, Lisa got sick and wasn't able to come on Sunday. You were missed!
*zombielily had a table as well and we were originally supposed to do a photo shoot for her cosplay, but she was quite busy, so it never ended up happening. But it was still fun to see her.
~DeesDilemma was there too doing AWESOME caricatures! Seriously, her caricatures are so good! I wish I could draw like that!

I also got to briefly see/meet Nostalgia Critic. He was the guest of honor and was wandering through the artist alley before a panel when I recognized him. I quickly said hello and he had a good look at Mony's artwork. She had a Fear and Loathing print she was selling and Critic is a big fan of the movie. I just wanted to see him, and I got to say my hello, so I was happy. His panels were jam packed, so I decided not to go to them, and I had nothing for him to sign for an autograph. I only just started watching him about 2 months ago, so I haven't even seen all his reviews yet. (Is currently watching reviews).

On Sunday, we did the table again, wandered after a while, had some more pizza and hung out with ~Toe-Jam and ~KitsuneFaerie in their Harry Potter cosplays.
We did fun dinner with lots of dessert for Erin and Jess and we just got home at about midnight.

I've already posted a few of the Yuuko pics, and I think I'll have 1 or 2 more to put up. But I be tired, so I'll continue to post tomorrow.


OTAKUTHON IS IN LESS THAN 2 WEEKS!!! AAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!! SO EXCITED!!!!!! And I'm very excited Crispin Freeman (Shizuo from Durarara!!, Alucard from Hellsing, Tsume from Wolf's Rain, Kyon from Haruhi Suzumiya) is gonna be there!! XD
