Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

What I personally find the hardest to draw is feet and hands. I found that with a lot of practice and a lot of frustrating mistakes my feet and hands actually look at the very least almost the way i want them to be.
Now my favorite Style of drawing is Anime or sometimes semi-realism, and i find that by doing studies of the more traditional style realism actually helps improve my anime pictures greatly. For instance i would practice drawing my hands and feet in different positions holding different things and from different angles. I also find it extremely helpful while i'm drawing and i'm having a particularly hard time drawing a hand or a foot in a certain position i will stop for a

I know it was only about a week ago I did a journal, but since I just got some updates about Otakuthon and ConBravo!, I figured I make a post.

ConBravo!: I'm going to try a new thing because it's such a small con. So unfortunately, I'm not going to post a schedule for ConBravo! But keep an eye out for information and I'll keep you guys posted on what's going on as I figure it out.

Otakuthon: I've been able to officially book off Otakuthon in Montreal (August 12-14).
So I'm going to post my schedule for shoots!

~~~~~Cosplay Photo Shoots: Otakuthon~~~~~

Information
As per usual, please either send me a note or an e-mail (liquidcocainephotos@gmail.com) with the following information if you wish to book a time slot:
- Name(s)
- DeviantART / Cosplay.com name (if applicable)
- Cosplay (characters and series)
- Time slot you're interested in booking
- A cell phone number that can be contacted the duration of the convention
- E-mail

Pricing
- The charge will be $15 for each time slot with an additional $5 for each extra person after 2 people. ($20 for 3 people, $25 for 4 people, etc...)
- I ask that payment be in person at the time of the shoot in cash. If you cannot make it to the shoot for whatever reason, no harm done and no money to be refunded.

Details
Each photo shoot will include:
- 45 minutes to 1 hour of shoot time.
- 7-9 individual retouched photos, 4-5 if in a group larger than 2 people.
- 2-3 retouched group photos (if in a group)*

* Group size will be limited to 7 people and groups do not need to be from the same series, so you can split a shoot with friends and each get individual shots of your cosplays with no group shots.

All information will be kept confidential and cell phone numbers will be deleted after the convention has ended.
E-mails will be kept to send out the final photos in a .zip file which will include all the photos, both with and without my watermark.

Final photos can be used for whatever you see fit, including posting them online, printing them, showing them to family and friends, etc...
Be aware that I reserve the right to post the photos from the shoots on my DeviantART, Facebook, and Cosplay.com pages.
